Desertif'actions, previous editions
Desertif’actions is an event set up in 2006 at the initiative of CARI, in partnership with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification.
Editions to raise awareness of desertification
Since 2006, five editions have been organised in different countries and cities:
- 2006: Montpellier, France
- 2015: Montpellier, France
- 2017: Strasbourg, France
- 2019: Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
- 2022: Montpellier, France.
The objective of each edition was targeted according to the themes of the COP that it preceded or followed, but remained fundamentally the same: to facilitate multi-stakeholder concertation to facilitate the emergence of common positions in order to structure the work of influencing decision-makers.

Agroecology right now !
This 5th edition took place from 05 to 08 October in Montpellier, France.

Earth, Biodiversity and Climate
