Launched in 2006 by the Centre d’Actions et de Réalisations Internationales (CARI – France) and its partners, the international multi-stakeholder summit Désertif’actions is intended to provide a forum for inclusive dialogue on the issue of land and the development of drylands, with the aim of preparing elements of influence ahead of the UNCCD COPs.

For its 6ᵉ edition, Désertif’actions will be held from 25 to 28 March 2026 in Djerba (Tunisia), and will be co-organised by CARI, UNCCD  and OSS, in partnership also with ACDD (Association Citoyenneté et Développement Durable) and WWF Afrique du Nord.
